Hours & Etiquette

Cancellations
To better serve all of our clients, Peter's Salon and European Spa requests the courtesy of a twenty four hour notice when cancelling an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee for cancellations without adequate notification.

Gratuities
Gratuities are included in all of the gift packages. Gratuities typically range from 15% to 20% of the service fee depending on the level of satisfaction. Envelopes are available at the reception desk for your convenience.

Lockers
Lockers, robes and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Smoking
In order to maintain the health and well-being of your skin and the environment, our Salon and Spa is a smoke-free atmosphere.

Children
Children are not permitted in the salon or spa areas unless they are being serviced by a stylist or esthetician.

Holiday Hours
For Christmas we are closed Tuesday December 25th and Wednesday December 26th and for New Years we are closed Tuesday January 1st and Wednesday January 2nd.
